****There will be a $50 Research & Planning fee for all trips. This fee covers up to 8 quotes for all inclusive resorts or cruises OR up to 4 quotes for fully guided land tours, destination guidance, 24.7 emergency assistance, printed/mailed documents upon request, & cancellation/change assistance.

****There will be a $50 Consultation fee for advice on bookings that have not been made through Sugarfoot. This fee covers up to 4 hours of research/advice including but not limited to: destination guidance, reservation cancellation/change assistance, & general questions.

****There will be a $200 Fully Customized Land Tours fee for those looking for a completely tailored experience. This fee covers up to 8 hours of research and planning, destination guidance, 24/7 emergency assistance, printed/mailed documents upon request, and cancellation/change assistance

By booking with Sugarfoot, you must agree to the terms and conditions listed in the Deposit / T&Cs Agreement Form along with any/all deposits. By filling this out, you are allowing Sugarfoot to agree to (on your behalf) any T&Cs the Supplier has for your reservation.

You'll fill out questions that help  me pair you with the best options, all of which are tailored to you because what is right for one person isn't always right for another. We want to make sure that we got everything correct so we don't come across any bumps along the way. Once your trip has been put on hold, you'll fill out the form below to make sure everything is correct before making a deposit. Nobody wants to have to pay a major change fee because of a mistake.
